Hahaha that zoo is definitely cute!   ::)

And the Blacktip looks like a Behemoth standing straight among all others   :tu:

 :D

That's not a blacktip. That a Paladin tool. Your black tip will be sitting right next to it when it arrive. I really have no idea which is bigger though. It already is monstrous compared to a regular powerlock. Later, I will have to decide who will play King or Queen..  ;)

:o We need comparison pics when you get them together :ahhh :like:

:nanadance:        :nanadance:

I am pleased to report that the Blacktip have just arrived!! I was expecting it to be big. But not this big!! But, I am not complaining.  :D  Its so tall that it does not fit in my shelf  I need more space...

Gigantic thanks to TP for making this happen!! Another shelf worthy piece added!

Its making the Paladin Tool look like a regular Powerlock...

Wow Sam - Very nice set up - First time I have seen this    :like:    :D

I hope the table top and legs are strong - as that is a helluva lot of weight

I like the fact taht everything is visible - So you can pick anything out

I also like the fact that it is so densely packed - I kow that is more of a necessity - But it sure looks impressive   :tu:

Very awesome display and collection, Sam! :dd:

I wish I weren't so lazy. My stuff looks like a jumbled mess compared to that. Very well done, Sam! :like:

Just one small thing. You said you returned your Workpro HD for the smaller version. I see a WorkPro HD. :pok:

Thanks! I dun quite remember saying that... I have the smaller version too but I dun have anymore space...

I would rather leave things a little looser/spreader out at more places.. But space is a luxury that I can't afford... So everything have to be cramped together.. Well most of them anyway...

Yes that the one. Only thing is that it's black painted version. Not oxide. Sure looks interesting. But real use is a whole different story.. Typical fare that's Made in China...

I can't quite remember when it was. I could possibly have misunderstood what was said as well.
I understand the space issue as well. I don't have that many MTs, but MTs are just one thing I collect. I've slowed down on buying, because I can't get anything sorted properly, as you've probably seen in some of my threads. I miss the days when I could put every MT I had on a 2'x2' table top.
But, with that said, it's a great hobby and you've done a damn good job sorting them out for sure. I'll definitely be copying some of your layout principles whenever I can get to sorting stuff. I kind of like your collection being so densely packed. Kind of the same idea behind multitools. Fit as much as possible in as small of a package as possible while still retaining functionality. :tu:

As they say.. Necessity is the mama of all creations/ideas.. Last checked was the fitting are pretty solid.. Its not really that heavy.. Appx 80kg rough estimation.. Its just like me sitting on that table.. But its 24/7.. I am still exploring other areas to spread the load though..  :salute: :salute:

Yeah, the C & C stuff is a slippery slope and I have had a lot of fun venturing off now and then. But, I always end up back at the big names. I just don't do much variant/finish collecting, because of monetary reasons. :ahhh

Your collection is very nice, Sam. And those pics, man. Top-notch. I like the darker lighting personally. I think you get the crown on MT.o for most attractive display of a collection. :multi:
