2- Can opener is also the perfect tool to open barely opened pistachios.  :D

The small SD tip on the can opener is great for those pistachio nuts that have only the tiny little slit. The Vic can opener pops them right open.

Good one. I never thought of that.
You should seriously visit vicfan.com. All the hoopy froods are doing it.

You can use the awl to clean out your ear... once. :D

In all seriousness, though...

Tie cord to the split ring, open can opener about 2/3 of the way and use it as a hook to fish a key bundle out of awkward place.

The tweezers can also open handcuffs in a pinch.

Hmmm.. just the double lock,  or both?

If they are double locked, you'll need a paper clip, small nail, toothpick, ball point pen tip, or other small pointy thing to push the lock off. Then you unlock the cuffs. A paper clip works best though. If the cuffs are not double locked, just slide one leg of the tweezers up under the ratchet hand and the ratchet will just slide off.
Don't get too serious, just enough will do.

Ah. God to know.  We train that cuffs are really temporary use anyway.

Hello all, I’ve been lurking a while and thought I'd contribute. The tweezers can be used to remove the Schroeder valve from the stem in tires and inner tubes.

I’ve also used the awl to start a forklift or three, as well as a soft metal scribe.

I use the caplifter/Philips head tool on the Mighty Minichamp as an extension when using the pen.  The fishscaler does a phenomenal job as a butterknife, or as a straight line to mark  a board to saw, as well.  Back when the only took I had was my Huntsman, I double and triple tasked almost every tool in it....the fun part of carrying a SAK!

Great ideas, B!  :tu: the thicker caplifter/philips seems better than using the nail file.   And also very practical application for the fish scaler, (easy to clean the fish scaler too!!)
