Super Sweet Sterling Charge Build

This is a project that I've been slowly piecing together for the last couple weeks. It uses modified scales off of that ridiculously overpriced TTC Sterling silver charge (I got 40% off so it wasn't to bad but still). The TTC scales were pretty pathetic to say the least. The only thing they had going for them was that they were indeed, substantial hunks of silver. They looked like they had been quickly cut with a water jet and then hit for a few seconds on a cloth wheel. The holes were also cut with a water jet and were too big, making the scales slide around on the posts. I reground all the edges, reamed the holes, added some custom stamping, and polished them from scratch. They came out nice I think..
The rest came from a new chrage plus, with the exception of the standoffs that the pliers and tools rotate on. I machined some fresh ones from brass, hoping that they would make all the tools/knives/pliers extra buttery smooth to open. This turned out to work fairly well. Definitely not a heavy use tool but I will carry it from time to time in a Nay sheath I had made for it.
I spared you all the small details and steps, but if you want any more info pics, I'm happy to oblige.

I am not too sure the " Sterling" and " Return to Alexander" should appear together....

Maybe what you could do is, after the word 'Sterling', put 'Archer Edition'...'Sterling Archer Edition'. See how clever I am?
Nice work, Al. That is a very pretty tool.
