now I can only pray and wait hoping that it arrives to Belgium

:dd:

Wonder where it will pop up...

But you're right.
Sending tracked and/or insured internationaly has become crazy in Europe.

My latest packages to Germany and Switzerland were around €30

Nix sends his package from the USA to here for $23.5

I have sold thousands of items and bought hundreds on eBay and only had consistent and avoidable problems with UPS. More than half of the times their drivers don't even bother to knock on my door.

I'm on a first name basis with our UPS driver. Friendly dude. He'll give me our neighbor's packages if they are away and visa versa.

I have this kinda relationship with every post office person wherever I've lived. I find the Post Office to be professional and quick to address problems, not the case with UPS for me.

Same here for my Postie  :tu:

I only wish the staff behind the counter at my local Post Office were a bit friendlier and more helpful.  The way they act it seems they have forgotten that it is giving us customers service that creates the need for their job and therefore their wages.  :(
