So, I spoke to the dealer today and he verified that there is no coloured 93mm Alox with scissors in stock. He will look into it more, but it is unlikely to find anything, as he is the main Victorinox dealer and does not carry any special non regular editions.

The 2018 LE 93mm coloured model (Red) will also be without an X version.

The Damascus model, this year, will be a Spartan  (?), I was told,so no luck there either.

I just had another look at this thread and realized that I already bought some knives off the guy from the ebay link Thunderpants posted yesterday.
He also has an independent online shop: https://messerundco.de/navi.php?qs=victorinox .
Since Ebay was giving you problems and not the seller himself maybe you'll have more luck buying directly from him...
The info on his site explicitely states that he's delivering to the uk.
