Sure

From your name I assume you live in Hamburg where the famous Hamburger was invented once?

Not exactly. You're pretty far off, actually.  ;)
I live in a city called Heilbronn in the state of Baden-Württemberg. So pretty much the opposite end of Germany.

My wife came up with the name Hambango for my character in a fantasy tabletop game to which both of us were invited during our student times almost 20 years ago.

We never played the game again, but I've been using the nickname ever since. :D

EDIT: I'm also pretty sure the hamburger wasn't invented in Hamburg.
2nd EDIT: Wikipedia tells me it actually was... Huh, I guess learning never stops. :D

Nice, haven't been in Heilbronn myself, but in Rothenburg Ob der Tauber. That's the closest I've got to it.
Beautiful there.

That's a nice story about your Nickname Hambango  :tu:

I was on a train years ago on Vancouver Island, I think it's now defunct - shame. Anyway, there was this very cute little kid on it who kept going on at his mum about a ahannaboollger, whatever it was he really wanted one and he kept going on and on and on and on about it for most of the journey... ahannaboollger... turned out he wanted a hamburger.

Nice story Fuzz, I love train rides.

Maybe they were late for the train and had to skip breakfast?
