Amazon Italy has a black Swisstool Spirit 302243CCH for 104 euros at the moment. The one with the scissors.

They claim only one is available! (They often lie about this - often I have ordered what looks like the last of something only for 3 more to appear at a different price moments later.)
Compared to the German price of 160-something euros it's a bargain though. Shipping is 6 euros to other European countries.

Well that didn't last long, the price is back to 150 something.
