Date Hunter and Logo

I ahve a Hunter that I inherited from my wives grandfather, but the logo looks a little bit wierd. However, in my eyes it looks legit, the quality and the stamps on the blade looks legit as well, and the case is also very thick and stamped with legit looking brand.

knife blade is stamped with Pat Pend Mod Dep. on one side and on the other it says Victorinox Switzerland Stainless Rostfrei.
