I have a 75mm student，I've never seen a student with two rivets，Is this scale made of Cellidor?What's probably the age of it?

I don't know anything about the knife in question.  It is odd, I don't think I've ever seen ANY folding knife with just two rivets, not sure how it would work.  I'm guessing there is a hidden third rivet.

Gorgeous piece! Condition is pretty good too! The tang stamp points towards a 1943 to 1951 year range.
As for the scale material I'd say polymer plastic for lack of a more specific description :)
