Time zone question: what time zone is this forum set to? I posted a pic last night around 10pm, but my last post if saying this morning. If I post today's pic now, will that disqualify me?

Day 8
My pockets are getting chewed up with the weight of this beast! I might have to order a Skinth shield for future carry. Getting ready to go run some errands and be at least semi-productive today  :D

the Damascus looks nice on the SS version, I haven't seen that one before.
I have the Black Ninja version which is the same but in black oxide and have been carrying and using it every day for over a year, but always in a holster. it sure is a bit of a brick to keep in a pocket!
I may have to take up this challenge soon myself!

Day 9
I have a late shift today, so I opened yesterday's mail over coffee. My Wave arrived!

This thing is awesome. Definitely more pocket-friendly than the Surge. After the challenge is over, this will most likely replace the Surge for daily carry.
Listening to some music and just kind of bumming around before work. I should be doing homework, but...

as Poncho said, you've got two excellent tools with similar tool sets but built for different occasions and carry, :salute:
and that blade is just

and as he said you can go to your profile and edit the forum's time to adapt it to your time zone  :tu:

Day 10
Doing some studying between class and work. Brushing up on the tarsals before I get back into my research project. It's been shelved since December, so I'm shaking the cobwebs off before getting back into the lab.

Day 11
No work today, so I'm just hanging out for a bit before I go meet a friend for a drink. The Surge is within arms reach, of course.

Day 12
I was at work by 5:45am today setting up the case. The Surge got plenty of the usual work: cutting paper to line the pans, opening cases of fish, tightening the ever-loosening hose nozzle. Alas, no pictures from work. I've just been too busy (not to mention I try my hardest not to get my phone case all nasty at work).
Hopping back in the car to head down to class within the next hour and the Surge will take up a resting position in my ruck. This is way more pocket-friendly  :tu:

I carry my Surge BO every day at work but in sheath on a belt. Perfect MT but too heavy for pocket-carry.

Day 13
It's been a busy week so far, but a productive one. I've been able to knock off a lot of projects on these early morning shifts, including making some adjustments to this finicky cooler door latch. One of these days I might get around to building a spacer for the striker so it stops moving around on us, but in the meantime my modified locking grooves on the flat driver and large bit driver will come in handy when adjustments are necessary.

Day 14
I have a smurfy mid-shift today, so I'm not working until noon. These shifts tend to kinda mess up your day, so I'm making the most of it trying to plan a hike for my next day off (whenever that is). The Surge will definitely ride in my ruck for that one, not my pocket  :D

Day 15
Half way! Good thing, because the Surge is getting heavy. Headed to my in-laws today for an early Easter dinner. My schedule and my brother-in-law's are kind of throwing a few wrenches in the gears as far as timing goes. Good thing my in-laws are accomodating.
Oh, and happy St Patrick's day. Light carry today  ::) Am I doing this right?  :D
