I have to say this really is a hell of a nice knife!! Fantastic blades, good weight and balance, and very comfortable to use.

This old Schrade Walden 8 OT came in this morning. Its well used with alot of use still in it.

That is just like the 8OT my Dad gave me as my first knife back in the mid/late 60's...still have a soft spot for that pattern!!! So many memories attached to it. The black patina, mumbly peg in the summer, the rite of passage when I was trusted with my very own Old Timer like Dad's etc.
