My First Emerson!

A seller on Ebay, who usually seems to overprice what he had had a knife that looked an awful lot like an Emerson in beat up condition. The blade was only marked "Mini-B" with what appeared to be a date code. My research showed that it was likely a Mini-CQC7, but fakes of that model were out there. I assumed that the logo had worn off, and went ahead with purchasing it.

It only cost $30, but I will be returning it when I get it if it turns out to be a fake.  Looking at the pictures, and comparing it to the characteristics of known fakes ( which tend to have domed instead of flat pivot on clip side, Torx screws) it probably isn't, but I'm not sure.
