You are getting a nice collection of SAKS FB! :like: :tu: :tu:
Thank you Vicman, I really enjoy this hobby even though I think I have enough of them, there is always something more that catches my eye.

I have fooled myself a few times, I buy a nicer condition SAK thinking I'll sell my more well-used version of it, and, of course, I don't sell it.

As the Soldier gets issued with his SAK from the quartermaster's stores - Then one imagines it is immediately put to use and in the kit bag
- With the box discarded - and probably not even issued from the stores.

Hello Huntsman, I appreciate your comment.  I see through your point that I would hope the soldier who owned this knife put it to good use and that it aided him in tasks that needed done and hopefully gave him comfort knowing it can withstand years of dependable service.  It is arriving in this leather case, but I don't know the origin of the case.

I have a NIB original Traveler that is housed in such a sheath in it's box.
I'm pretty sure it came that way since I was the first to open the box.

I don't know if mine is actual leather or faux...

That is good to know because I wasn't sure if the sheath was a genuine Victorinox product or not.  :tu:
