The other home store sells the same shed but its called Big Max.  Same shed different color scheme tho.  I went with this one for $100 less.  Its got really great reviews overall.  I didn't want a shed that needed maintenance.  My neighbor just had a wood shed build.  Its really nice but for now and for what I'll place inside this should suffice.  I would like to have had a nice one built or build one but alas lumber is not in my budget right now.

Following up on this.  My part was delivered as promised which was great.  Big ups to Rubbermaid for taking care of this with out much issue.

It rained a bit so the shed assembly was postponed for a few days.  I was finally able to get it up and loaded.  I used a ratcheting screw driver and my Swisstool.  Sorry there are not more pictures.  It took me about 4 hours total.  The roof was the only part that gave me trouble.  Mainly cause I was solo.

Its survived a couple more rains with zero leaks so I went ahead and loaded some items in.  I'm pretty happy with this item and hope it lasts for a while.  It'll serve as over flow from the garage.

That’s cute, I got to go clean and organize my two car shed tomorrow. “Wife’s idea” which means it’s getting done! Of course that doesn’t mean it’s all getting done, heck that can mean only the freezer is getting moved and a couple of the storage boxes are getting thrown in the loft area,

No snow for me.  Rains happens but its usually long stretches without and not what you'd consider rain.  The sun damage is what I'd mostly be concerned with.  I did see a video of a fella who has this shed with quite a bit of snow on top.  It seemed to hold up real well.  My back neighbor also has a similar shed she's had for 20 years.  Hers is sun bleached but holding up well.
