Last year I bought myself a brandnew Camo Huntsman in Yangon, Myanmar. It was my second SAK after a friend traded me his Spartan for my butterfly knife (balisong in the Philippines). Since then, I have brought my Camo Huntsman to travel with me, serving as my pocket EDC when I am out in the field, visiting rural villages. When in survival situation--I particularly like the combination of knife and a saw--convenient for cutting wood for sheltering.
First stop was in Kathmandu, Nepal where I paired him with a nylon Bantam as my pocket carry, exploring the markets for a traditional Kukri blade. Second stop was in Kampala and Gulu in Uganda, still paired with a Bantam. It came in handy when our CEO wants to peel a local orange in a village and he forgot to bring his pocket knife. I am glad I have my Camo Huntsman with me, earning me good points to the CEO.
What's your story with your Camo SAK?
