Remember though that the biggest blade I edc is on a 58mm SAK, so my perspective is skewed.  :D

I never need a bigger boat blade.

Oh, and it’s easier to justify in a legal encounter, if it were to happen.

Interesting to learn knife etiquette around the world, instead of just knowing knife laws.

I couldn't imagine a bunch of people freaking out seeing a practical blade being used in public where I currently live. Nobody bats an eye when you pull out a 4" blade here in AL. But, when I lived in a crowded knife-law-ridden city up North, people would say something if you had a "murdery" looking knife out. I'd even get funny looks when flicking out the Gerber MP pliers.   :rofl:
