Dry rub of salt, pepper and brown sugar applied, marinating in the fridge overnight

When are we going to see a pot of "Ring Burner" chili come out of Nova Scotia?

Popped it out at 8h. Shredded with two forks with no problem, I over salted/peppered the rub imho but it's still edible

Looking at the uncooked pic, it doesn't look over-seasoned to me. But I do defer to your experience and palate.  :tu:  The cooked pork looks great!  :tu:

Serving this as 'pulled pork' or did it get featured as part of a bigger dish?

Looks good, we normally shred it then cook for another 1-2hrs, we picked up a roast while out today.

Hey Whoey, how’s this,
The Mrs is making a chicken Alfredo, but I’m not to big on it so she took out the mini crockpot and threw a couple pieces in tomato sauce for me. That little one has a rubber seal and some type of elastic to hold it down, it’s great cause the one time we made a cheese dip in it for a party, OMG that was good! I’ll post a few pics later..

Pretty much done, took the chicken out and diced it up to put back in to soak up some more flavor.

I would have never guessed chili was eaten so often :dunno:.  I don't think I've made any in a while  nope not in a while.  Might have to rectify that.  Been eating pretty sparsely these days.  Goals man, I've got goals to hit.

nice one, we managed to use ours 3 times in the 24h after we got it... it's been hiding out since.

I think next up will be some sort of beef stew.

Sounds good,
Me and the Mrs anniversary is coming up and we were going to go out for dinner but we changed our minds and bought a chicken along with some other goodies! We’re going to put a rub on the bird and slow cook it   along with loaded baked potato’s, a salad, cheeder biskets and homemade chocolate chip cookies, hmmmm..
