Whoey, it's your chili. Eat it in which ever manner makes you smile.  :D  :tu:

But this hot sauce subject has got me thinking.......do we need a "Hot Sauces of the World" thread?

I added a bunch of this stuff to my bowl:

(Image removed from quote.)

Nice flavor, but surprisingly un-spicy.  On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate this a solid '1'. Less spicy than Tabasco.

I use to use this hot sauce a lot. It had good heat and wonderful flavor. The store where I got it quit handling it.   :(
What? Enablers! Are you serrrrious? Where? I dont see any.

There was a point when I had thought about blogging about products that vanished. In the 15 years we've been living here in Spain it's often been the case where we find something we like, so we buy it regularly, and suddenly it's pulled. Happened recently with an arrabiata sauce we liked, got in touch via facebork and they confirmed they pulled it. Meanwhile they have like 5 different versions of bolognese
The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

I made a Punjabi Red Beans dish last night--beans, onions, tomatoes, lots of garlic, chile powder, chiles, etc--Mrs Nix said, "this is just chili!"
