Agreed. There is something special about the brass bolsters. It looks 'antique' enough to start seeming kind of 'Steampunk'.

not my knife!
and I thought my 110 with my S custom old English carved was cool......

I’ve been planting the 110 LT seeds at work. So far by showing them my 110 LT, I have caused two guys to say they are going to get themselves a 110 LT!

It does not take much to sell a great knife.    The 110 LT is just like its original brother, just a lighter version.

I found that Cabela's  usually have this model in the store (blister pack) at a reasonable price, yet I was happy with my Amazon purchase whixh also included the aluminum 110 with black Micarta handles.  It weighs almost as light as the LT.

Both arrived hair poppin' sharp.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Noah sold the 110 to one of the guys in the engine room of his ship.  The man was looking for a good knife and Noah sold him on the merits of the 110.

The pic shows up in my Tapatalk app.  But if I try to attach via the actual website, it says my file is too large. I am not doing anything any different than before.

Something with the site maybe??

Try this...

Do not see it with Chrome. last picture in thread is Barry's.   I used TapaTalk prior to retiring, and no issues with pictures appearing?

Yes sir, a mid '50's Springfield.

I think General Patton termed the M1 Garand "the greatest battle implement ever devised." Or words to that effect. Hard to argue with that assessment. One heck of a nice battle rifle, although, there may be a good argument for the M-14.

My brother shot the M1 Garand on an Army marksmanship team and he loved it. I think he still has one.

The M1 was made back when marksmanship was an esteemed quality in a soldier, and boys who grew up in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Alabama could shoot a squirrel out of a tree at 200 yards.  Or go hungry.  Those boys took to that rifle like flies to honey....and they made it work.

I bet a few of those boys, later, men, went on to slip a Buck 110 onto their belts. After all, a good tool is a good tool.   :salute:
