Some might of noticed I've not been on for a while and not posting,I've had a lot on with on going health issues,some people who I chat with no about it,I'm not going to say much but I've new tablets and hopefully this will help ,I have started popping back on and was nice to see I had a few messages asking am I ok ,great site MTO with amazing people on here that makes it great  :salute: hope everyone is ok  :tu:

Thanks guys   :salute: I also got my blood results thst was taken yesterday and I've a very low vitamin D deficiency and that answers alot to me ,so now with vitamin D supplements and my new blood pressure tablets hopefully I'll be on my way back to normality,then hopefully get my foot sorted as they can't do the op if my BP is as high as it is ,fingers crossed  :salute:
