You might have to have some help from a Swiss member here, but Bugnard is still offering their own version of it. Albeit now it appears to be more like a Sentinel Plus than a Cowboy. Older versions they had were, in fact, slide lock.

It's always annoyed me Bugnard has such a large catalog of exclusives, but won't ship them to the US.
