I love blue grass, we have a yearly blue grass festival right here in my little town...brings thousands of folks from all over North America.

What are the rules, vis-a-vis humour and jokes?

Humor is just fine, as long as you don't make any jokes that would get you punched in the face. The Speakeasy is a laid back place for good music, good times, and bad whisky. Or good whisky, if you bring your own.  :drink:

I just put a pot of coffee on.

Jazz 88 out of the Twin Cities has some nice bluegrass playing, so I've got the radio set to that.

I have to say all but one of the tunes I heard last night on Jazz91 were good. Only one sounded like a bad jam session where each took a turn playing whatever they felt like.

None sounded like a band falling down the stairs while playing, like I have heard before.

It's been a great program this morning.  :tu: Mrs Nix enjoyed it, too.

I have to check out for a while, so pour your own coffees and change the channel as you see fit. The pickled eggs on the bar are tasting a little funny, but help yourself.

The eggs are from the punishment chicken so it's not surprising they taste funny

Understood, Kevin.

Marc and I are also thinking about doing some events earlier in the day here, so some of the MTo'ers in time zones over in Europe can join in. Not sure how will ever get the Aussies involved.......

Although, I'm taller, bigger, and have a beard. And am naturally cooler and not as creepy, though not for lack of trying.
