user name change?

when I registered here last year, I did it through facebook I believe and it took my name from there.
since 2001 I have used the online nic name Walley on every forum, game or website I go to, and as I have started to become a bit more active here I was hoping I could get some nice admin to help me change it?
I didn't want to try to create a new account and lose post history or have a conflict with trying to re-register with the same email.

I did something similar with my password. Changed it to incorrect.

Now, everytime I forget it, I just type anything and Windows gives me the message "Your password is incorrect." Very helpfull Windows feature...
