I'm not even sure if it was made with food grade plastics. I don't think the spoon was retained very firmly.

Ti that thick would be way too expensive, so Id have to hand form it with hammer and anvil form. On a large scale a hydrolic forming machine would be used, but I dont have one.
A spoon on the scales a clever idea but having the whole SAK gunked up with pistachio flavour ice cream doesn't sound too appealing... I'd really rather have separate bits of metal for eating.
