I suggest a trip to the Victorinox Spa through their service center. Let them do the restoration work. Cost, if any, will be very minimal. They will replace broken tools, scales, etc. It's important to know if there's anything about it that has sentimental value that you wouldn't want them to replace. As an example, the corkscrew looks like a vintage that's fluted. If it's OK, tell them to not replace it. Scales are cracked on at least one side. They should be replaced. The two blades are done in. They need to be replaced. See the Victorinox web site for how to get a knife to them. Your profile doesn't state what country you're in . . . how to get a knife to them for warranty service, which is lifetime, varies by region and country.
