Basically, I broke my pliers. I'd like a working set (make sure they can cut a zip tie and some small gauge stranded wire). The rest of the tool can look like junk. Broken blades, destroyed scales, I don't care. Mine is nearly perfect... except for, you know, the broken pliers part.
