today I went to the closest Nespresso store and asked about the limited Vic editions and where to purchase,
they told me they're only available through online purchases on the Nespresso Switzerland website  :P

That is not true; you can get it online On the German website:

https://www.victorinox.com/de/de/Produkte/Schweizer-Taschenmesser/Mittlere-Taschenmesser/Pioneer-Nespresso/p/0.8200.NES3

the French website:

https://www.victorinox.com/fr/fr/Produits/Couteaux-dofficier-suisse/Couteaux-de-poche-de-taille-moyenne/Pioneer-Nespresso/p/0.8200.NES3

and of course in Switzerland; of course cheaper ;-)

I had a Tardis Pioneer for a while and I was really impressed by how they managed to fit the pliers, scissors, horse-hoof cleaner, gutting blade, in-line Phillips, magnifying glass, 130mm saw, and a cuticle pusher into something no larger than a regular pioneer.
But the bloody sound it made was unbearable. Every time you'd deploy the main blade it would whine like a broken washing machine.

Lovely colour... but who the hell needs another standard Pioneer?!

And you're asking that here Tpants?    Hmmmm

Strictly it doesn't have a keyring. So to that extent is it really "standard" ? :pok:

You need one TP, that's who. Also Who, Who needs one too.  :D

Yes the no keyring Soldiers are cool, until Vic started with these, the options were SFO's from +B and such (which he sells for $75 currently) since they discontinued the alox Soldier in '08 that is. I think they're cool and in unique colors, and the dreaded engraving plate isn't completely blank and ugly like most of them.  :tu:

No, I'm not having another alox relapse.  :P

I don´t need standard Pioneers, or Soldiers, at all. I would have Magentus remove the opener layer.  :D

Solo with awl? Interesting idea. I hear Mags is taking on new projects, you should send him 5 or a dozen before he gets booked up.  :D

It´s not my idea, both Boonies and Sneider have one, they go by the names of Mr. Skinny and Solo Plus IIRC.
