Victorinox SOS Set / Survival Kit + SwissChamp
on: May 19, 2018, 02:17:51 PM
Yesterday this SOS Kit plus Swiss Champ came to my house.
The SOS set was incomplete (only missing the sewing gear) and one cellidor handle was badly scratched. Luckily the 'scratches' were made of some sort of sticky glue which was easily removed, so now I have a NIB Swiss Champ plus SOS Set for a very decent price!

The SwissChamp '29' knife itself is interesting.
It has the following characteristics:
- 29 tools.
- Tang stamp with big V.
- Old key ring attachment.
- 2nd type pliers.
- Old type scissors (with screw).
- 1b type magnifying glass.
- NO hook.
- NO pin.

Nice!  Congratulations on this great find.  I still have the Survival kit I bought in 1989.  I'll have to dig it out and take pictures.

Enjoy your new knife!
