How much can the pliers take?

  Over the years I've learned that the little Vic pliers is really a very robust tool especially for its size.
So I'm curious how much abuse can it take before it fails? Has anyone here ever broke one or seen one break? What where you doing to break it?
How far have you pushed one without it breaking?

I have never seen or heard of anyone breaking one due to normal use or abuse so lets here your pliers story's.

I have seen broken pliers on a garage sale.
I don’t know the reason. The pliers are very robust  :tu:
