Alright so you guys definitely deserve an update.

I've sourced just 1 knife for sure for one of you. Have yet to pick it up... Personal schedule and smurfy weather didn't help with the whole flea market thing.

I did manage to (finally) get hold of the sellers with the display in the first post. They were hard to reach and I did call them at an extremely bad time last week. Didn't want to push my luck too much... I've now provided them with a list and they do have more soldier knives in storage so they'll get back to me about all of them and should send me pictures too.

For those of you looking for knives from the 60s, they have very few so please already lower your expectations... This way you can only get a good surprise :D

In terms of condition, they should all be in very good with just a few in slightly less than very good condition. (they do have older models in all sorts of conditions but most of those that you asked should be good)

Keep you guys posted individually with pics and prices.

For the rest of you guys, I haven't forgotten about you. I've kept searching in other channels as I didn't get a reply yet from the sellers despite chasing them. I've found a few of the ones that were asked in double and triple so if they ever get back to me we should find one for almost all of you.

Time for a little update. Since my last chasing the sellers went on holiday and actually had an issue and lost my number so couldn't get back to me.

They said they "have my knives set aside and ready" which means they may have all the ones I've asked for. I insist on the "may have".

In the meantime I've been keeping an eye out and hoarding knives matching the list of requests. I'm holding off on proposing them until I meet with the market sellers........ Next Saturday :D

I'd have to check but I think you're pretty much on the mark. You've just forgotten what a model 1951 looks like apparently :D
