I did tweak the setup slightly to make it more solid. As I moved the small screw driver to the opposite side in exchange for the space that was there.

Due to the small screwdriver being slightly thicker than the spacer it replaced, the handle is pushed out a bit more than normal and the axle points of the locks rocker were not going fully into the handles holes anymore (I hope I make sense here).

The Rebar has spacers to anti-clumb the blades,  for safety I guess. I removed them and now it's good  :tu:

Hey Matt I am about to put scissors in my rebar and could use some help. Do you know the dimensions of the washer I need to buy when I pull out the small screwdriver and move it to the other side? Thanks!

Maan, the screws were locked-solid...
You heated them up first, right?

Can't remember... it's too long ago  :D

... yes I did, but the hole thread was filled up completely with loctite. Someone meant it too well  ::)

Hi pluman23, welcome to  :MTO:

... to be honest I didn't measure it. I was experimenting with different sizes and just used the one that fit best  :dunno:

I assume though that there are not too much different ones around with a hole that fits the Rebar pivot  :hatsoff:

Most important thing... don't rush it and have fun

Ok thank you! And one more quick question what type of loctite to you recommend using when you put it back together?

I've used Loctite 243... just on the first few threads, not the whole screw  :salute:
