I also was out blowing leaving and sweeping. Makes fast work of my small yard.

Just found this thread. My good old olive T3 has been a companion on many a hike, dog walk, shoot, camp and paddle over the years. I have however just ordered a new one! Not because I've worn out my old one (though no-one could blame it, if it was) but because they've got a sale on ATM and I ordered a different colour. (Image removed from quote.)

All I can say is that I really like my Tilley hat(s) .I used to wear a cap most of the time, but after I bought myself a Tilley the cap stays home when I go for a nature hike, or on vacation. I still use the cap to go to work, or for daily use. But for hiking, nothing beats the Tilley.
