I keep my SAKs in a three-drawer tool cabinet.  The bottom drawer is deep enough for two layers of pocket knives, so I decided to build an inner shelf for it.  I had limited time and didn't want to over-complicate with permanently installed handles or similar, so I cut the shelf about 5 mm too short so that I could get the multi-purpose hook of my Compact down there.  The shelf is quickly and easily removed and I've doubled the SAK storage capacity of this drawer! 

Thus:
