Here's mine - summer 2009. I'd received my Secret Order of the Swiss Army Knives t-shirt, and wanted to show it off, somehow. This was the solution. It was a little tough getting the shirt over the sport life jacket, but very worth it!

Shirt's not very visible unless you click on it for a bigger version.
