Thank you all. This era tool is just seem higher quality to me. I especially like the higher polish VIC did on all the tools.
Here is a chart of tang stamps:The Victoria Officier crossbow tang stamp is from 1968-1974PAT was no longer on the can opener in 1973,The small clip blade was replaced by a small spear blade in 1973, so I am guessing between 1968 and 1972.Click on picture for best picture
