it depends on which enterprise you are refering to.  If you had said voyager or death star I would have went with voyager.  In the final episode of the series they upgraded the ship with some sort of armor shields and it could destroy borg cubes with a shot or two from the temporal displaced photon torpedoes.  It would devistate the death star before it knew it was coming.

Between the thousands of TIE fighters and the Death Star's superlaser, Kirk would barely get a glimpse of the Death Star before he and the Enterprise are destroyed.

Okay new observation:

If storm troopers can get on the enterprise/star-ship they'd kick butt, anyone/alien kicks butt once they get in, security sucks and the federations fighting abilities.

Star Ships (Enterprise) have superior sensors, they can see across the galaxy many times, the Empire can't see a ship around them! so the Star Ships have that tactical advantage.

Voyager vs. death star  is no contest, and the Delta Flyer would take care of any fighter
