Can PTC tools be retrofit into a 58mm MiniChamp?

I'm trying to think up a mod that would be my ideal EDC in a small form factor.

The mod would start as a MiniChamp.
Two tools I would want removed are: Cuticle Pusher and Ruler.
Two tools I would want to add come from a PocketToolChest: Eyeglass screwdriver and awl.

PTC is 65mm, MC is 58mm, obviously part of the PTC tools have to be trimmed and re-drilled.
Not sure about the spring issue, so it's possibly not doable.  :facepalm:

Has anyone ever converted a Cuticle pusher into an eyeglass screwdriver?  Maybe that is more attainable.
Then I'd still need an awl, don't we awl?  :cheers:

Just thinking out loud and wanted to read some replies from you folks who have experience or thoughts on the topic.
This would be my first mod, and I'm willing to try.

I am getting closer to starting my first mod!  I need a small drill bit and most importantly a new pair of safety glasses.
With the help of YouTube, I have the Dremel attached to the drill press accessory!


Bought some 1.5mm brass rods:

I think I have a 2 ounce peening hammer.  I hope it's a light one.

What will you use to punch little dots into the brass pins to help center the drill?

I have to go to the home supply store, so I will look for little punch tools as well.  You're so right, I need to get that centered so that I can salvage the bushing.  :tu:

Harbor Freight has a spring-loaded automatic center punch for $3.99. No hammer needed to allow for precise center positioning.

Adding 65mm tools from the PTC to a minichamp is definitely in my list of mod projects... like most, I want to add the awl, eye-glass sd and combo tool... Just need to source another PTC... hahaha...

Thank you jaya_man.  I was only thinking the awl and eye-glass sd.  You would add the combo tool as well?
