Oh and i am reporting you to Miss because you used the Scaler to do the job of the hook, if we all took that attitude the hook would become redundant and it wouldn't be long before Vic stopped making them, we cannot allow that to happen   
The Victorinox publication "Correct usage of Swiss Army Knife tools" Volume 3 ,page 34, paragraph 5 clearly states "The fish scaler must only be used for descaling fish, removing fish hooks,  measuring stuff and under certain circumstances may be used as a pokey thing, under no circumstance should it be used for anything else"  Page 57, para 3- "the multi purpose hook must be used, *but not limited to, assist the user in stretching springs"
