Actually I have ruled out the plus. Believe it or not the saw scares the bejesus out of me for her. I think the saw is more dangerous to a kid than the blade.
Holy crap that is it! a Sportsman 2 with a MFV blade and Scissors.OK now to find out how to get teh parts of the scissors and the blade and get one made. I actually have a Eco Sportsman I can use.

OK but would it cost a fortune ben to sacrafice a crapload of tools? I like the Idea that Neil showed and I am sure I could find a pair of scissors online.As for her using a slippie instead of a lock. Well It is what I learned on, and she would not use it without me present.
