Day 9 bonus pic.  If I had my thinking hat on, I would have added my Executive to the pic for day 10.  Its an ailanthus webworm moth I saw outside the Powernoodle Compound.  About 0.75" long.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ailanthus_webworm

For a moment, I thought you had stolen Mini's Exec.

Not that I would have blamed you.

Day 9, more toothpick action, and opened a bag of  peanuts, followed by more toothpick action. And, I used the orange peeler!

I completed the bed from Wayfair. There is a piece of hardware in one of the support that is supposed to latch onto a peg jutting inward from the from panel. Most of them caught, one didn't,  and I couldn't extricate it with my finger tips. So, I stuck the peeler down the offending hole, rotated the peeler, and popped out the bit, so I could reinsert the peg, and fasten the two pieces of wood. Small success.

Day 9

I was walking with my two sons,  and when I was holding the hand of the youngest, I noticed that his thumbnail was broken in the top. With the scissor the problem was solved in a second :). Not pic of the moment, so the Executive posed when returned home.

Well done! Did you finish the job with the nail file?

Still the same carry, nothing new in terms of use. I remembered I have a Director at home.

It's even slimmer and nicer to show than the Executive. Would it be okay to use it instead of the Executive? Still need to make a smaller caddy/pouch for it, though...

Thanks! I was handling it yesterday and it just disappears in the pocket. I can have the Nitecore Tube suspended from a belt loop, it would reduce even more the weight and bulk of my EDC.

The Director has the honor of being shown in a very good screen shot on the old Have Gun Will Travel show. In the shot, actor Richard Boone as the Paladin character, used his pocket knife to cut a newspaper clipping. He was in an opening scene dressed as the Victorian gentleman attire in his San Fransisco hotel residence and he took the Director out of his suit's vest pocket and while opening the blade, it was clear they used a Director for the part of an 1870's gentlemen lobster pattern. It fit the scene and looked good.
Don't get too serious, just enough will do.

The Director is just a stainless steel version of the Executive.  There are other versions of the Executive that do not use Cellidor scales such as the Mother of Pearl, Horn and Rosewood versions.  For me, it is all about the tools.  I want the tweezers and pick (Cellidor & Rosewood) and favor the riveted scissors.  I want the tools to be in excellent shape (especially the file that can retain residue and is prone to staining). I like Cellidor scales since they can be replaced.

Not in that moment, cause we was walking and child has not to much patience. I trimmed all the nails when we was returned at home, but used only scissor again.
