New Leatherman aqusitions .
on: July 17, 2018, 03:13:08 AM
I haven’t bought Leatherman products in a while , but the Wave+ , and Charge +TTI caught my interest . The Wave will be mostly for work , I made it a new sheath ( the stock leather sheath would not hold a bit card , and was made of very thin stock ) . The Sheath is made out of laminated 5oz. Leather , has room for a bit card , and has a shockcord saftey loop , to prevent donation of the Wave to the ceiling and crawlspace Gods . The belt loop is 10oz leather , with copper rivet and burr reenforcements , should handle a fair bit of abuse .

Thanks for the kind words on the sheath . I’ve done a lot of leather over the years . The materials , pretty much came out of my scrap box , so that was a bonus .
