It was announced more than one year before in "marketing calendar for 2017"
Than, as far as I know, Victorinox declined this idea (only 3d render was prepared).

Hope, this time we will see a real knife for reasonable price (not like Carbon XT :)

I noticed it on that marketing calendar, yes.
That calendar was a bad idea from Vic...
All talk, but the REALLY anticipated models were never released.

It appears that this time, this one will be released, but probably at a premium...

The M probably stands for "Meh".

What a strange idea... If they're going to widen the Alox range, why not start with 111mm knives?

I like my Hunter Pro Walnut and would love to see an alox version. Next thing they´ll be adding a saw and a gutting blade.  :ahhh

Looks interesting and depending on the price, I'd be in for one. My hope would be that a strong showing of support for this model in alox would lead them to expand the alox scales into the 111mm range
