One search engine I used claims there's no such logo on the internet.
Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

This has got to be a largish company, yes?  I mean why would a company of say, 20 people, have this made?  OR is it possible the original owner had it made themselves?

It is a mystery, especially with a global-looking logo.
The search engine said, "Your image may be unique, and doesn't appear anywhere on the web. This happens with personal photographs, artwork, or other original images."
Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

It may be old and antiquated logo/company that may have closed shop ages ago before the internet infact. Before there would be a "paper trail"?

odd idea, but maybe the SAK's tools and implements can help us put it into a production years bracket,
and then with the date the SAK was created we might be able to do a closer search for the company  :ahhh (maybe it did the engraving as a celebration for the opening of the company, or maybe as a gift for employees when it closed down or went bankrupt, etc.)
My toys:

Good idea.  This is a Classic (non-screwdriver on the tip of the file), and the scissors have the screw in them.

I think we have a winner! On another note, I think industrial related products and services is one of the biggest chunks of advertising SAKs, secondary probably only to pharmaceuticals.
