Hmmmm. I'm presuming Fuzzy you were out there with a barrel of sherry lashed round your neck a la St Bernard ? You did give Bill a fortifying sup I hope. :pok:

Well I've found Medical Bill or rather King Cockaleakeepopopee Lord of the Mountain as he now prefers to be called, but he's refusing to move or come down from the midden which is rather frustrating... sigh

Well... I'm going to wait 'til he's finished roaring... Then I think I'll suggest what might be fun to do, is to shift the midden to the other side of the field... see how he feels about that.

Midden Watch Day...?... 5?

What was all the fuss about?

Well it turned out that all it was... was that he wanted a day off (I know, I'm rolling my eyes too).

So, Medical Bill and I spent some quality time together today...

First of all we had a game of lawn tennis. Bill's got a surprisingly good backhand...

...but I still beat him easily on account of me being six foot taller.

Then I took him to see the local Pylon. He got quite excited about this and wanted to climb it, but I thought he'd probably melt, so talked him out of it.

Seeing as he was in the mood for climbing, I took him up to the tree plantation - I thought he could climb some trees or something, but it was the deer fence that took his eye and he quickly got stuck into this climbing malarkey. He made some good progress too until he got stuck and I had to rescue him... We had a good laugh about it though with lots of back slapping etc...

After that the little fella was quite tuckered out so we sat for a bit and looked at a particularly attractive field while the sun prepared to set... then home for cake and coffee.

All in all... a very good day I think.
