Need Good Duty Flashlight, Recommendations?

Hi gang, I recently started a job as a jailer and was wondering what flashlights you would recommend for a law enforcement type job. Thanks

Nitecore P12 is really good, comes with decent accessories( holster, lanyard, tactical grip ring)have you used 18650 rechargable Lithium ions? I think it's better in the long run, get a pair of 18650's and a charger will last you for years, but if you want to save some money can try convoy S2+

What will your agency / institution let you carry , you don’t want some some nasty cranulated metal object , an agreived inmate can shove up an otherwise unspecifiable orrifice . I would think a 2xAAA , like a AAA Mini Maglight might be a good start .

Right now I EDC a Maglite 2C *Xenon*( it was cheap and I was low in funds) and I carry my Thrunite Ti3 as a backup in the pocket. Here some pics of my current edc.
