Items for sale
on: August 05, 2018, 10:58:47 PM
My father in-law was in a massive accident a little over a month ago. He almost didn't survive and he has a long road ahead of him. My wife and I are under a lot of financial stress since we are helping support them as well as our own family. It made me evaluate my own needs had I have decided to severely thin things out. These items are for sale, let me know if your interested in anything. I've got bundle prices and would prefer to sell in bulk to move items quicker. This is probably 3/4 of my collection. I will respond and answer questions as fast as possible and I will keep this thread updated. Internet connection poor today where I live, I'll post photos as fast as I can.

David,

Angels and ministers of grace defend your father in law. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

I hate mixing business with times of extreme pleasure or extreme duress, however, as the two must sometimes mix...

And since the OG Wage is spoken for, then regarding the Vic One Hand Trekker...what is the scale color, blade type, and condition, please? Do you have a pic?

The OHT was owned by Grant once upon a time. It's been sharpened so there is no front aberrations, functions perfectly. Has some holes in the handle from a failed pocket clip mod. Kydex sheath holds knife tight and is set up for belt carry tip up.

Thanks for your payers guys, it's been rough but they say it's going to get better. For the first 2 weeks he was critical with outlook guarded. Has got a lot of metal in him and continues to defy diagnosis. Has a stubborn man and will pull through even with his extensive injuries. I worry about his quality of life down the road and some neurological issues.

Sorry to hear about your FIL. Hopefully he makes a good recovery.  :salute:

Just curious, What clip do you have on the spirit?
If the trees blew down the wind and no one was around, would the alphabet song really go backwards?

Do either of the miniGrips have bluntnose pliers?  If so, I'm interested.

Geeze, I can't really justify buying both :-\

What's the difference between them?  The locking mechanism? Pics?

SOG Mini (Micro) Toolclip--is it one of the Japanese versions? As I need a replacement, mine got lost last year, and the only time I saw one cheap, I was broke.

They both look the same, one slides back and forth to unlock the pliers and the other is on a pivot like a see-saw. The later holds the pliers closed better, sometimes on the slide one the pliers pop open when using the screwdriver.

Mine is the China version that is black and has the multitool.org logo on the blade.

Still been busy and trying to find time take more photos for those that want them. The wave comes with original sheath and the small screwdriver is a little short. Last owner broke it and re ground it.

I'm so sorry to hear about your fathe in law, I'm hoping for the best!

Could you get me an estimated price for shipping to Brazil?

I'm thinking about the Leatherman Kick and Skeletool.

I really wished I could help more, but at the time this might be it.

Again, best regards.

Hi David

I hope all is as well as can be and that your father in laws progress has been good.

When you get a moment, could we get a pic of the OG Wave with the tools open? Either posted or PM'd is fine.

Thanks

Sorry guys been super busy, I'll take a photo of the tool when I get off work today. Anyone want photos of anything else. I really would rather sell to you guys, last resort is Ebay. Let me know if you want to haggle and talk business.
