Bit Driver Extender wobbles a bit ;-)

Hi, this is my first post to the forums, after reading (lurking) for some time.  I'm writing since I recently purchased a Charge Plus TTi with the Bit Driver Extender.  After inserting the Extender into the Charge, I notice there is some wobble when using the Extender -- just wondered if this is normal.  The Extender appears to seat properly and doesn't fall out, but it's not quite as secure in use as I thought it might be.  Thanks in advance for the input.  It's probably fine and I'm just fussing too much over this nice, new tool.

I have extender and it wobbles bit horizontally but not sideways. Tested extender on my Wave and Surge and same result so i would say its normal if it wobbles bit up and down so no worry

A slight wobble is normal I think - shouldn't interfere with normal function.

Yeah, a slight wobble which equates to about 4-5mm at the bit end!!

Yep they all do it. I have several leathermans with the bit driver and every one of them have the wobble when you use the bit extender.

I don’t know about the leatherman bit extender, but my redneckfabulous homemade bit extender doesn’t have any play in it
