Greenbear's sale of sharp things
on: August 20, 2018, 05:47:24 PM
As I am moving home fairly soon I've decided to have a wee clear out and slim down some of the collection.

Most folks on here will be familiar with the various brands/models but if in doubt please ask.  No specific prices, I simply don't know what they are worth, but any sensible offer will be considered, for example I would be looking at £75 posted for the Enzo. Please be mindful that I am paying postage if you do wish to offer.   :tu:

If you could list what you've got, do a little research and add some guideline prices that would be very useful.  Also let us know if you're willing to ship overseas or not.

Have been asked to give a little more detail, and am happy to do so  :)

From the left Mora Robust with Casstrom leather sheath new the two cost £22 so come in under that, say £15 posted maybe?

2nd left is a Martiini Skinner, a bit more up market than the Mora, but still cheap £18 would get it.

Next we have an Enzo Nordic in 12C27, which is a hard stainless - this is the prize of the collection, cost me £95 so would be happy with £70, but try me.

The red folder is an Antonini rescue knife 440c and anodised aluminium handle. frame lock. This is a nice bit of kit, Italian made and has real quality. Am less inspired to sell this one - cost me £70 would part with it at high fifties I guess.

Next we have  a Fox (Italian) German Navy spec sailing knife marked "Bund" (Modern Germany) marlin spike and rather thick blade 440c, brass liners. Can be bought new for £55 so forty quid would do it.

Next we have two German made 440c Otter Mercator classic knifes, both new and unused - these are in the low twenties used so I'd say £28 the pair whichever one at £15.

And lastly, creeping in at the end is a Vic Farmer, minimal use - new at £26 ish - might keep it just because I can, so £20 posted maybe?

If anyone wants more than one offer me less for a multiple buy.  I pay postage and packing regardless.

Prefer to sell to the UK (or Europe if it is legal to do so - does anyone know??)

Had a brainstorm and come to the conclusion that I might like to swap the Enzo for a Wave - will add cash if required.  Any takers?  :tu:
