Phone user now forced to use Tapatalk?

As of this morning I click on my shortcut for the forum index page of www.multitool.org and am automatically redirected to Tapatalk. Android phone. Has anything changed to the web site to force this behaviour? I'd rather have the liberty to choose myself.

Tapatalk sucks....I don’t care what anyone says...I hate it!

It’s super buggy and still feels like it is in a Beta faze

I don't think anything has been changed. Still working fine for me on android.

Everything is ok on mobile website on Chrome on iPhone with no tapatalk installed.

I have posted over 99% of all my posts from the same browser on my cheap cell phone. The thought of having to use tapatalk is scary. :ahhh

Don't have Tapatalk installed. Just go to the forum site,log in and surf like in a desktop.

Don't know if this helps. Maybe trying to navigate to the site, without using Tapatalk?

And I do like the message overview and easy reply buttons.

I prefer the PM inbox of Tapatalk over the Forum's too TBH.

As of this morning I click on my shortcut for the forum index page of www.multitool.org and am automatically redirected to Tapatalk. Android phone. Has anything changed to the web site to force this behaviour? I'd rather have the liberty to choose myself.

Go into apps and check Open by Default.  You probably answered the question that talks about using TT always, instead of just once.
