Yes, that is a good price.

I ever sold out of thsuspect from my local store, (just 2 miles away), that they are discontinuing some Leatherman items.  My store reconfigured the knife area, and did not have a slot for the Crater, Micra, Wingman, or Rebar.  Only 1 Wave (not the +), at $80.   Did have the ST300 and Sidekick and Wave.  Added some Bucks, mostly Bantams and 110.

Other Big Box stores in the area begin stocking the WAVE +, at $100, yet did not sell any of the prior WAVEs that were on the racks justs days prior with the $90 price.  Suspect LM was buying back old new stock to encourage the + model onto customers.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

I already have one.  Nice light knife.  If I didn’t carry my Wenger SI daily, I’d carry my Leatherman C33 with tools. I took a beat up and abused C33T and mixed it with my C33 and came up with this...
